  Having relevant links on your site is one of the essentials for a good search engine rating. This dynamic facility allows the easy addition or deletion of links.

  This feature allows you to add and manage any courses or events your company or society may organise.

• Glossary

  Often your customers will be unsure of some of the technical terms your business uses. A glossary is an excellent a means of keeping customers knowledgable about the meaing of the specialist language used to describe your products and services. Also a useful means of attracting site visitors.

• Editable Content

  Our most advanced feature. This permits our clients to update text and images without risking spoiling the layout. We agree, with you, the content areas you want to change - the rest of the code is 'locked' so it cannot be accidentally deleted. A powerful feature giving clients full control of their online presence.

• File Upload & Download facility (ask for a demo).

  Many organisations need to allow customers to download large files. This facility allows you to upload files and to give customers a url from which they can download the files. File types can be restricted as file size can be. A useful tool if you have large pdf files such as maps or brochures which you want cusotmers to have. The download files can be password protected so only 'privileged' customers can access them. One of our clients uses this module to upload print files to their printers. Email attachment is the alternative means of passing files around the internet - however spam filters and virus checkers frequently remove attachments and inevitably there is a restriction on file size.

• Image Gallery

  The perfect means of displaying images online. You can create limitless categories and sub categories of images and have full control of how they are displayed. An ideal way of showing products or service details. Images can be uploaded in their original format and will be automatically reduced in size for thumbnail and web display.

• Accessible Design

  Our Access section covers this in more detail. WebElementary crafted sites are coded for full disability access and for viewing on the widest variety of internet enabled devices (computers, web TV, mobile phones, notepads) whilst at the same time maintaining a high design level. Disability access is a legal requirement in most countries and websites which do not meet the minimum requirements may be open to legal action.

  Search Engine Optimisation is a high priority for many clients. We believe, born out of many years Internet experiencem that the key to good search engine ranknig is good relevant content and highly compliant coding.
